First off, I wanted to create a little back story. I have some debts (credit cards) that were ran up in my name with me not even knowing my ex-wife was getting credit cards in my name while we were separated (found out later that Florida does NOT have legal separation and all debts are considered to be VALID due to this even though I did not approve any of these cards. Anyway, it's been since AFTER the divorce 4 years ago since I found these debts and they have been screwing my credit ever since.

I can't remember where I found Joseph M. Hobaica, who claimed to be an attorney who graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School, per his own accounting of his social media accounts. I originally paid him $100 to remove a couple things at $20 a pop. He offered me some more expensive deal but I wouldn't commit to anything without seeing results first because I did not trust his, nor anyone else's, guarantee (it was not personal towards him).

Fast forward a few months, I texted him asking basically for an update. My texts went through in the beginning and his phone was HARDLY EVER in "DO NOT DISTURB" mode and I usually received a response either almost immediately or within 24 hours at the latest. He assured me that he and his "team" were working on it but that they already had some things off due to "violations" committed by the creditor. (It's ALL still on there to this date and he REFUSES to provide ANY proof.)

I checked my credit report...EVERYTHING still on it, including the things he kept telling me were off of it due to the violations of the creditor; it was the same EXACT credit report the way it was BEFORE I paid him the original $100. He went back and forth...for MONTHS...months turned into OVER A YEAR! It STILL looks like this to this day.

Meanwhile, I messaged him for updates...100 percent of the time (now) that I was actively engaging him in text conversation, his phone was on "NOTIFICATIONS SILENCED" mode (as can be seen in the attached texts and I removed his contact name so that the actual phone number would show so you KNOW it is him and NOT something I made up.

I feel like once he gets your money, he feels like he can "buy time" until you just either forget about it...or get tired of it as I am and complain about it and warn other people. I've already seen the other sites (now) that show that I am not the only one he has done this type of thing to. From seeing people's posts, paraphrasing their words, he can get rather threatening. I cannot speak for their experience so I will let the reviews speak for them.

His response is on there but I can tell you this: I DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. I DEFINITELY BELIEVE THEM! He has conducted himself, in my experience and opinion, as these people state, not in all instances, but most as far as taking money for services and NOT DELIVERING on the service that was paid for.

This was in regards to me complaining to him that once again, after a year, NOTHING has changed and he once again, ripped me off with payment for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. I demanded a refund on multiple occasions OR the documents that I paid for...

CRICKETS. Joe Hobaica is/was seemingly ONLY interested in ONE thing, from me anyway. That is/was to take money from me for DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING (Because nothing HAS been done)!

Mind you, I have been VERY PATIENT with him. If he couldn't do anything, he should have honored his "guarantee" and simply refunded my $100 and I would've been fine with that but no...he went for the RIP-OFF AGAIN!

This time he took $540 (proof attached)!

Before Joseph M. Hobaica, his company, or ANY of his affiliates say something to the context of, "We removed lots of negative items!" He has NOT. I have the original Credit Report I ran BEFORE I utilized his services and a credit report from THIS week also. SAME THING! NOTHING has changed.

NO REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED EITHER. This site will remain up until he makes it right and delivers what he promised! That is ALL I am asking for.
